The GSM/ GPS telematics device SBC3 consists of a highly flexible AVL system within a water-protected housing. The internal screw terminals allow a project specific configuration of connection cables to fulfil all relevant customer needs in terms of connectivity to the car.

The internal back-up battery, the optional CAN BUS and 1-wire interfaces and the intelligent roaming concept are only a few features of our SBC3.

The very compact SBC is the perfect hardware for various telematics applications in vehicle fleets. The position retrieval is done via GPS and the position data is then transmitted via GPRS and optionally via SMS. The SBC offers up to three inputs and one output to control ignition, door contacts etc. An integrated back-up battery ensures the transmission of the last position even if the power supply has been cut off. The SBC is „Made in Germany“ and is certified for the use in vehicles (E-mark).
